• Defines scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing.
• Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing.
• Responsible for the overall success of testing. Manages assigned projects from IT Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
• Establishes the purpose and deliverables of the test effort.
• Provides resource planning, management and resolution of issues that impede the test effort.
• Assures the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers to ensure the software development process has an appropriate level of testing.
• Ensure that the risks and impact of new product functionally on the existing product are properly qualified and understood by the development teams.
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality of the test coverage, processes and the accuracy of defect evidence and system performance data being returned from the vendor testing teams.
• Work with development leads to identify and resolve important/blocking bugs expeditiously.

• 2 – 3yrs Experience in working with a team to design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality technical solutions.
• Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues.
• Provide and meet time estimates for assigned deliverables.
• Work with Test Engineering to develop test plans and strategies to produce high-quality products.
• Work with Technical Communications to ensure the software features and technologies are properly documented.
• Ability to develop automated custom QA solutions without relying on commercial software packages.

• Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites.
• Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution.
• Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: Unit, Integration, Regression and User Interface Automated Testing.

General Requirements

• B.Tech / M. Tech / MCA / in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 year of experience in PRPC technology platform
• At least 1 cycle of PRPC implementation experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good understanding PPRC properties, types and relevance
• Understand the decision types and decision rules in PRPC
• Possesses good knowledge on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form builders
• Sound understanding of user interface both PRPC out of the box and generic
• Good understating of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activities

• Able to plan and lead the execution of PPRC implementation projects
• Possess strong PRPC knowledge in all features from every release and should be guiding all the team members technically
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and other frameworks / application functionality knowledge
• Monitor the key result areas and metrics on the project
• Educate and govern the customers on PPPC implementation methodologies and educate customers on PRPC solutions spectrum,
• Should continuously identify other key areas of customers where PRPC can help as solution provider platform

• Excellent knowledge of PRPC features both on BPM and BRE side. Well versant with release to release features
• Should have good knowledge on all rule types, UI and correspondence features

• Should be able to understand the scalability and reuse aspects of the application in development and can provide and evaluate enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible
