Vijay Madduri
CEO and Global Head of Business Development
Vijay is an IT industry stalwart with over 20 years of experience in managing large scale projects for marquee clients in the US, Europe, Middle East , Asia and Australia markets.
As the CEO and Global Head of Business Development at Incessant Technologies, Vijay spearheads the thought leadership for organizational direction and strategize growth plans for corporate expansion. He is also actively involved in the Training and Enablement programs to ensure a high quality workforce.
Prior to joining the Incessant Technologies team, he was instrumental in building the BPM-Pega practice at Virtusa and played roles of Business Development, Client Services and Delivery focused on the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance segments. He also brings substantial domain experience to the practice including eLearning, Content Management System (CMS), Health Care, Financials (Credit Card), System Management Software, Networking (Cisco Routers and Switches), Cable TV servicing, and Telephony servicing.
Vijay holds an MBA from University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Computer Science from University of North Texas. He is also a PRPC 6.1 Certified Systems Architect.
Mahesh KumarAgrawal
Co-Founder, CTO and VP of Sales
Mahesh Agrawal is the Co-Founder, CTO and VP of Sales at Incessant Technologies. He exclusively manages the Australian operations of the company with specific focus on Business development and client relationship management.
Among other hats that he dons at Incessant Technologies, he also spearheads the Technology Leadership initiative being closely involved in designing, architecting and building large enterprise applications using Pega/PRPC and its frameworks for core BFSI customers of the company.
Prior to Incessant Technologies, Mahesh was the Solution Architect at Virtusa, managing various projects in its Asia Pega practice. He has over 11+ years experience in the Software Industry that includes 8 years of strong experience in the BPM space with specialized expertise in PegaRULES™ technologies.
Jim Cordeira
Director, Head of Ops and Business Development, N. A
Jim has over twenty years of Business Development, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance experience. He has developed and managed large project teams across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Asia. These projects include business process management, banking and card services, risk and compliance. He exclusively manages the North American operations of the company with specific focus on Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
Prior to Incessant Technologies, Jim has held positions in Finance as a financial auditor and a controller (Deutsche Bank) and several leadership roles in large global IT companies such as Kanbay (CapGemini), Virtusa, Unisys and Mahindra Satyam.
He holds a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Murali Darapureddy
Director, Head of Operations and Strategic Alliances
Murali heads Operations, Finance and Strategic Alliances at Incessant and brings in a combined experience of over 21 years from manufacturing and Information Technology Industries.
His immense experience in the BPM space has seen him essaying various diversified roles such as BPM Architect, Program Manager, Business Development, Relationship Management etc for the size of USD 5 Million BPM Accounts and Practice Director for the size of 25Mn / 500 people BPM practices.
Murali also brings forth his vast experience in building hugely successful bottom-up BPM practices which included setting up CoEs, Alliance / Program Management Offices with different BPM vendors.
Murali has strong experience in BPM solutions design and implementations for Fortune 500 Banking, Healthcare, and Insurance Clients with focus on Business Process Management, Business Rule Engine, Process Modeling, Process Execution, Process Analytics and Simulation.
He holds an M.Tech Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and holds number of other IT certifications such as PMP from PMI, Sun Certified Java Professional (SCJP), Pega CSA, Pega Certified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB) and Pega Certified Architect for CPM (PEGACCA). Murali has also been a Certified Pega Trainer on Fast Track and Bootcamp courses and has delivered Pega/PRPC training to more than 150 Pega professionals across the globe.
Sidhartha Mohanty
Co-Founder and Director (Technology)
Sid is the co-founder and Director (Technology) at Incessant Technologies.
As Director (Technology) he is instrumental in exploration of new technologies along with key R&D functions. He also co-manages the Technology Leadership Initiative.
At Incessant Technologies, he has been instrumental in solution design and architecture of several large projects for Fortune 500 Companies in the BFSI space.
Prior to Incessant, Sid was the Solution Architect at Virtusa where he was a significant contributor towards the development of Pega Core Product - PRPC along with designing significant applications for various banks.
He has more than a decade of Experience in IT which encompasses 8 years of specific experience in the Pega/BPM Space. He has a special interest in designing extensible frameworks having designed frameworks in Pega, Struts & Swings.
